13. SHIPPING LIABILITY
You hereby agree that you will absolve us from any liability with regards to shipping of the products which includes but is not limited to damage of the items or them being lost in transit, payment of any duties or taxes as well as any eventualities that may occur after the package has been shipped off via the shipping courier.
14. STORAGE
You hereby acknowledge that upon the lapse of four months we will be at liberty to charge for storage.
15. PRODUCTION TIME
You hereby acknowledge that our standard production time shall be a period of 10 to 15 business days and we shall not be liable for any extension in the production time.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
